Candida Control Diet Guidelines

Fruits Whole, fresh/frozen, unsweetended fruit only in the protein Smoothie All dried fruits and juices

Grains None All refined or whole grains, breads, baked goods, products made with flour

Meat Replacements Tofu, tempeh, Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) None
Beans In small amounts, any dried beans, split peas, and legumes (not more than 1 cup cooked/day) None
Nuts & Seeds Walnuts, hazelnuts, filberts, pecans, almonds, cashews, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds--whole or as nut butters. Peanuts (often considered a nut but are actually a legume), Pistachios
