Kathleen Kalaf founded Atlantic Journey to Wellness, Inc after being mis-diagnosed by conventional medicine for eight years. She found her life's work when she reached recovery.
A year later, she founded Hopes Avenue LLC, a health and wellness company-- inspired by her life and experiences--it provides life saving and life changing information that help people recover their health and restore hope in their lives. Her company now owns Candida.com and markets a revolutionary treatment for systemic Candida and she counsels Candida sufferers, and others in need of healing. She is attending the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and will soon be a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Nutritional Advisor.
Her prior career came to an end when systemic Candida wreaked havoc on her mind, body, and soul. Kathy spent 25 years of her career working for Fortune 100 Companies in sales and marketing. She worked for Owens-Corning, ExxonMobil, AlliedSignal & Honeywell.
Kathleen grew up in Port Huron Michigan. She went to Port Huron Northern High School, and was once a HomeComing Queen, in 1980, and the Varsity Team Cheerleading Captain. She was also named Miss Personality in this Class A school with 2000 students. She was a graduate of Michigan State University, with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Simply put, just an all American girl.
She has recovered her life now, and would like to acknowledge the special people that helped her on her way to her new place of wellness.
